MDF – Medium Density Fiberboard

         MDF is engineered wood product. We made by breaking down wood chips into wood fibers, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.

We have a variety of thicknesses products in range 2.3 to 25 mm. to support the customer needs. And the company is certified in Quality standards ISO 9000 by LLOYD’S REGISTER QUALITY Assurance

Formaldehyde was designated as a toxic air contaminant (TAC) in California since 1992. Air pollution continues to be an important public health concern. Its effects on human health and the environment. The emission standards rule is made for reduce it.

On April 26, 2007, The Air Resources Board (ARB) approved an airborne toxic control measure (ATCM) to reduce formaldehyde emissions from composite wood products including hardwood plywood, particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and also furniture and other finished products made with composite wood products. All manufacturers who produce a product concern are required to be third party certified.

E0 E1 E2 is European formaldehyde emission standards that representative of formaldehyde content released how many.

E2 emission standards , formaldehyde release is less than 2.1ppm E1 emission standards have been used for years in worldwide range. The adhesives that meet E1 formaldehyde standards have less than 0.1 ppm formaldehyde.

E0 is an updated version of E1. The standard is much more stringent, requiring formaldehyde emissions to be equal to or less than 0.07ppm. Therefore, composite wood products that meet E0 standards would be safer than those that only meet E1 standards. For Japan, the “F3 ***” is equivalent to the national standard E0

That's meaning both the CARB Formaldehyde Emission Standards and the Japanese Emission Standards JIS/JAS "F star" are even more stringent, so any product that meets one of these standard would be preferable to products that meet the European standards.
